1 - Can i order online?

A: Yes, create an account, login and choose the products, you may visualize your order on the cart. choose delivery if needed and payment method.

2 - If i Order online, do you deliver?

A: Yes, we make deliveries in all algarve, there is a fee acossiated that you can automatically see when placing the order. if your county/postal code is not available please contact us to place your order.

3 - Do you deliver to buildings on the first floor and next?

A: In general, no, the order is placed as close to the transport car as possible. In case the material can get in the elevator of the building, yes.

4 - Is it necessary to be present to help with the delivery?

A: It is important for the customer to be present to help, since only one driver goes. The driver does the unloading but if he has help we would apreciate.
The client must also be able to confer the materials and quantities.
If you are unable to be present or assist in the delivery please contact us before delivery.

5 - Are all your products available for sale online?

A: No, there are several products that are not available online, or temporarily unavailable, products such as most hardwoods, full door blocks, wardrobes, or kitchens, only on request and budget, in these cases you should contact us directly.

6 - Is it possible to make cuts to the ordered material?

A: Yes, it is possible. It is a separate process and as an extra cost, you should refer to the cuts and measures in the observations box, or send an email with the order name and number, and the notes necessary for the cuts, then you will be contacted with the value for confirmation.
Payment will be made by MB or transfer, prior to delivery.
The laminated beams cutting is free but has a margin of error of 5mm to 10mm.

7 - When can i expect delivery?

A: Estimated delivery times are 3 to 6 working days after payment. Normal we call one day before delivery.

8 - What are the payment methods available?

A: For payment on purchases made on our website, you can use the following means:
-Mbway
-ATM 48H expiration(An email will be sent with the entity, reference and value).
Orders placed online will only be processed after validation of their payment.

9 - If i want a pergola, do you make the plans and instalation?

A: We sell all the materials needed for a pergola, however construction plans must come from the customer. (For advice you can email or go to our facilities). Regarding assemblies, we work with some technicians who will be able to do the installation but should confirm the waiting times for this service and the associated costs.

10 - Can I change or cancel an order online?

A: Yes, until the time of delivery you can contact us directly to make changes or cancel. (With the exception of items that are cut, if the requested cuts have already been made, reimbursement will no longer be possible).
